A good (and short) article on Marketing ROI was recently brought to my attention. Direct Marketing News- Making Sense of Marketing ROI Sales and Marketing ROI is not as simple as I presented in my 3/15/06 posting. Although some people want a direct to the point answer. ( Which I have available for them.) This article does the topic more justice and still restricts it to less that the treatises that it deserves.
